so, are you allowed to drink that or no? not sure of what you can or can not have. i allow myself one coke a day ... sometimes i skip a day and just drink water .. but if i do drink a coke, i make sure to drink more water. i always feel so guilty.
I can. But it doesn't count toward my water intake. I try to limit myself to one per day. Somedays - - I have two.
